Starc is a "pitch up" bowler. So no telling what is going to happen when the ball is pitched up. Starc is also accurate.

Maybe Starc can get something out of it if he put in extra effort.. But he has no experience of indian condition and that matters a lot.. Btw Starc is not that accurate in tests and he is a better in LOIs than tests at the moment..
