Azhar for his involvement in lot of unwanted things. It's better to have a average captain willing to give 100% to his team than having an excellent player captain trying to play 100% for opponents.

Azhar didn't really have a great team and it was just mainly Tendulkar. Tendulkar wasn't a good captain but his team was pretty dire. Dravid, Kumble and Ganguly led India well. Dhoni has done a great job but he treats a test match like an ODI.
