panther Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 On pattas probably. On difficult tracks against good bowlers
JaFanatic Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 Inzi average in won and lost games says otherwise especially outside sc. yes the guy avgs 28 in the lost games clearly shows his inability to play well when the conditions and oppenents are good enough. thus he cannot play a good innings when the team is loosing/struggling. even this cowlasher dhawan will avg over 150 if we mange to win this game :cantstop:

JaFanatic Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 True match winner average of 85 excluding minnows in won matches. lol thats what m saying too his avg is good in winning matches he is piss poor in the matches you lost. simlply shows he can never play well when the team is struggling even afridi can do well when the team is winning but to do well when the team is failing is what shows a player's true face/value

Number Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 Wow 2 t20 cowlashers both making impressive tons, who would have thought? but then again starc made 99 on this pitch. Burnol post of the day.
JaFanatic Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 No it shows team can not win when he does not perform. lol at your logic! it is a team sport winning or losing does not depend on just one player but everyone. its not like inzamam played for remaining 10 players too for every win there was a wasim there was a akthar there was a mianded contributed for your team :agree:
SLICKR392 Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 No it shows team can not win when he does not perform. You made up that stat now, din't you? :acute:
Crookbond Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 Burnol post of the day. :hysterical: :hysterical: :hysterical: :hysterical:
Junyfan Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 so it shows great tonty tonty players could be good test players,no doubt.
Dumbbells Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 Hell no. Dhawan and Vijay would fade away in few matches.
SLICKR392 Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 Hell no. Dhawan and Vijay would fade away in few matches. I think so too but I would love to be proved wrong.
Texan Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 I wouldn't jump to this conclusion so early. Even Devang Gandhi made runs in his debut Test series
Texan Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 What is confirmed though is that neither Gambhir nor Sehwag are getting back into the Test team anytime soon, which is a good thing. Personally, I am a HUGE FAN of Sehwag. But, he deserved to be dropped. Nobody should have an automatic selection into the team based solely on performances in the distant past.
PBN Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 lol...panther always throws the bait and catches plenty of fish everytime :haha:
vvvslaxman Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 By the way i don't want them to be "new" Sehwag and Gambhir. The "new" Sehwag and Gambhir suck balls..
harmuk Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 Here is something to consider: Starting of Jan 1'2011 the combination of Gambhir and Sehwag combined in a span of 60 innings approx. has an average of around 30 with just one Test century. That is right one century in 60 innings or so. Unacceptable. I think Sehwag should have been history a while back. In contrast Vijay and Dhawan in just this series will have 3 Test centuries, if Vijay gets another 15 runs today and Dhawan did not even play the first 2 Tests. Goes on to show how much GG/VS combo sucked but continued to hog the limelight.
Ultimate_Game Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 Burnol post of the day. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: Epic!
