adi B Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 both are equally sh1t batsman' date='in bowling department hafeez is bit better,in fielding, jadeja`s better[/quote'] SIR>>>>>>>>>>>>hackfeez who?? SIR :hatsoff:
vvvslaxman Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 Second highest six hitter for India in ODIs for the year 2013 Sir Jaddu.. 9 sixes. Dhoni 10 sixes.. overall 5th behind McCullum (16), Misba (13), Morgan (12), Dhoni (10), Afridi (10).
carnish Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Hafeez is a Minnow basher IN ODIs His batting average falls to 25.93 from 27.5 when Zimbabwe and Bangladesh are excluded. Even among those teams he has boosted his average by scoring against the weak Indian bowling where his average jumps to 40 and against WI against whom he averages 39+ playing them mostly when there was no Narine. Against Every other nation he averages below 25. His bowling average falls to 36.28 from 32.9 when Zimboks and Bangbros are excluded. Even those are bolstered by the pathetic batting lineup of Sri Lanka and the since long struggling and inconsistent batting of West Indies against whom he averages 27 and 28 respectively. He gets his typical bashing when playing against India and England respectively against whom he averages 42 and 62. For a ODI bowler, he has just 102 wickets from 120+ games which can be termed as just ordinarily Afridisque and he truly reflects the mediocrity that has hunted the Pakistani side in the last decade. All in All, he is one man Pakistan cricket should be happy to never see in their team again. Feck Off Hafeez. :finger: To the OP for comparing SIR with this melting soap Bar.
Muloghonto Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Err you lost me at pathetic Sl batting order. They transitioned from Jayawardene-Sanga-deSilva-Jayasurya-Atapattu to Jayawardene-sanga-Dilshan-Tharanga. Not the definition of weak batting by any means. WI and the NZ are weaker batting lineups by a long long way. Otherwise a good piece

WI and the NZ are weaker batting lineups by a long long way. Otherwise a good piece Hafeez never bowled to desilva I guess ... Sanath was in the *** end of his career when hafeez played against him ... Don't tell me you rate tharanga, for god's sake. Only good batters in srl line up are dilshan, Sanga and mahela. And when you have just 3 good batters in your side, it usually becomes easier for bowlers like hafeez to have good averages since you can just pick up wickets of the others.
Vilander Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Jadeja is in the middle of an unbelievable run right now.. As excellent Hafeez has been in the last couple of years,he would probably not know what hit him if he went one on one with Jadeja in every department of the game right now..
Muloghonto Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Both are rubbish. Err Jadeja is better than any allrounder England has provided in the last 30 years. That includes Botham in the late 80s.
GodAnderson Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Err Jadeja is better than any allrounder England has provided in the last 30 years. That includes Botham in the late 80s. Right. :giggle:
Muloghonto Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Right. :giggle: Yep. Cant toss a single English player's name out who is an allrounder at international level, nevermind competent at it. Closest you got is Broad- a home-track bully who can score 15-20 runs in tests. :haha::haha::haha:
GodAnderson Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Broad Averages 38.60 vs India against your trundlers. Bresnan averages 31.00 against your world class attack. Broad is better than Kapil Dev.

How does averaging 38 with the bat against trundlers equate to being better than Kapil Dev ? PS: Broad is not even as good as Srinath, nevermind Dev. Only English pacer of the last 30 years to've been better than Zaheer Khan are Bob Willis and John Snow.To find an English pacer better than Kapil, you gotto look as far back as Trueman & even then Trueman bowled with the front foot noball rule not active, so add another 2-3 runs to his average atleast. Rest are simple home track bullies who cant average better than 29-30+ with the ball despite bowling in favourable conditions.
GodAnderson Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Dev averaged 37.34 bowling against England. In England the so called Legend averaged 39.18. Worthless.
Muloghonto Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Dev averaged 37.34 bowling against England. In England the so called Legend averaged 39.18. Worthless. England were minnows back then, nobody really cares how he did against them. Dev did better against the west Indies than any English pace bowler since John Snow. And Snow retired in 1971. Dev may've not taken the minnow Poms seriously but atleast he didnt crap the bed against quality opposition like English seamers have.
Austin 3:!6 Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Its Hafeez at the moment...but Jaddu can surpass him.
