Commiserations. Very young and inexperienced team. The way they struggled to find right combination throughout the series, showed they didn't really do their homework.

This current Aussie side better sort out their batting. They struggled to put a decent score in any match and besides Clarke no one looks threatening. Their bowling in English conditions will be dangerous and Siddle, Pattinson and Starc are still their best 3 pace bowlers and will carve it up in England. Lyon will be ok, but unless he has a decent total to defend he's not going to be much use.

Hussey retired early. He should unretire for the Ashes. Otherwise it will be the first time in recent years to get whitewashed in the Ashes for Oz. Eng have done it many times.

I think this humiliation of Australia is far better than the pasting we got in Australia. We had all experienced players who simply were done as proved again thru this home season.
