Just listen to some of the post-match press conferences that Stephen Fleming does. His tone is exactly the same, whether it was a thumping win for CSK or a devastating loss. Having a guy like Fleming be coach of CSK is one of the best decisions management has taken. He comes across as an extremely smart and collected individual. No wonder he led NZ for nearly a decade! He’s a perfect fit for MSD’s impassive approach to things. Sign him for India’s coach I say! :hitler: Not happening; family commitments.
