Manny_Pacquiao Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 bowling good, but no batting. messed up what should have been easy chase. sanga is trash, 2 fifties in his last 29 innings. once they get dhawan back, they will be better but i wouldn't be crowning them just yet...

dibyabttb Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Hmm, Sunrisers playing exactly like the Pune Warriors played last year. Good start to the tournament with back to back win. And Pune playing like Hyderabad was playing last year
Manny_Pacquiao Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 yeah batting will tested when they need to put bigger scores conditions are key...if it keeps on going as a bowler's tournament, then we can call them a playoff team. but sooner or later you're gonna have one of those flat track games where 200 plays 200 and they will fail because of their crappy batting
Executioner Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 sangakkara does not even keep, which means he is not important. Duminy would do great to SRH. The only class player is steyn, while others: white, perera, dhawan and duminy can get the job done once in a while
JourneyMan Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Matches like this are going to really boost the confidence and motivation of the youngsters. Dhawan was looking good last season and he is the key to the powerplay. Cameron White is inconsistent but there's no doubt that he has talent, and I'm still hoping Sanga pulls himself together and manages to guide the innings through the middle overs. Perera can be lethal as well. It's early days yet and the batting really needs to improve, but if they do things right then the Sunrisers could have a really good season.
maniac Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Perera has been pretty useful Pari is our MVP....he is to srh what Jordan was to bulls
CSK Fan Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Has quickly become my second favorite team. I believe they can do what RR did in IPL 1. Can I be one of the fans?

maniac Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 The only concern is pappu s form.we have 2 keepers in our lineup...but both are probably our better batsmen too....we have some real bowling talent sitting in the dugout.....hope they can trade a couple to get a good batsman.....I mean veer pratap and mccullum as good as they are can be traded for a big name batsman and we will still have the likes of McKay and Sammy waiting in the wings.
Needforspeed Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 Sunrisers are gonna win this IPL. The change of owners has done the trick for them.

When does Dhawan return?? That would make up a HUGE boost to the batting..
