Number Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 All 3 will be in the playing XI for India in the coming champions trophy matches . :two_thumbs_up:
vishalvirsingh Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 BK is best and only Good enuf to be in india 16 players
namasteji1 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 PK swings it much better but has less pace, BK has the most pace of the lot. VK, well you don't want to talk about him!
sivanand82 Posted April 7, 2013 Author Posted April 7, 2013 Gud .2 in 2 Matches VK has bowled an excellent last over.
Junyfan Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 heard somewhere vinay kumar made it to indian bowling legend's list while crossing 90 mp barrier .
panther Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 heard somewhere vinay kumar made it to indian bowling legend's list while crossing 90 mp barrier . Ishant sharma went on to play 50 test and counting for India after clocking 145k in aus in 2007/8 vinay should be rewarded with 60 test for clocking 147k.
Sarkar Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 heard somewhere vinay kumar made it to indian bowling legend's list while crossing 90 mp barrier . He is a legend just like your sami is for your team
Vanarp22 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 All three are about equal in terms of their careers. Right now BK is obviously better, and has made the most of his chances on seam-friendly chances in Tests. Without him one or two of the Australia Test matches could have been a draw. He was a complete game changer. :hatsoff: PK has been decent in his career and has picked up important wickets at times (like he did in some cases in the England Tests in 2011) but is supposedly "mentally insane" and still on his comeback trail. :dontknow: VK has looked pretty decent in FC but is not a reliable T20 death bowler as the IPL match today showed (he got hit for 20 runs in the Super Over). And the one Test he played didn't go well. But I think he deserves more chances. :finger:
sivanand82 Posted April 8, 2013 Author Posted April 8, 2013 He is a legend just like your sami is for your team But last night I could n't believe my eyes.VK was hitting 147 consistently in the Super over. Was it the faulty Speed Gun? (But Steyn too clocked the same speeds)
diga Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 B.Kumar > P.Kumar > V.Kumar at the current moment for me
sivanand82 Posted April 8, 2013 Author Posted April 8, 2013 Did Vinay really bowl 147 last night? My Educated Guess is that speed gun got stuck around 147 KM.
Lord Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 PK = most accurate n ability but lacks pace BK = decent pace n great brains but can be wayward VK= great heart and athleticism but nothing much more
Pagalpanti Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 BK and PK are young, if PK sorts himself out. He can be pretty useful as well, BK will get better imo. VK should retire, he's already a legend in the eyes of fans!
saneindian Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 The day is not far when we will see a number of c Kumar b Kumar dismissals on the scoreboard
sivanand82 Posted April 8, 2013 Author Posted April 8, 2013 But VK was brillant in the field last night. He looks far more athletic than the younger kumars.
someone Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 All 3 really have the same set of strengths and weakness. Really, its a lucky draw or a guess to say who is gonna be better on that particular match day.
Akash_Cric Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 VK has been the best so far in this season but i still rate BK ahead of him.
India-KXIP fan Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 If PK can regain the form he showed in the two consecutive overseas tours in 2011 he is well ahead of the lot, he was India's best bowler in that short period of 6 tests. Hasn't played a test since but I don't see why he can't be in the XI in SA if he can regain form. B Kumar has had an ordinary start to his test career.
