It's always better to play with chokers :yay: P.S: Playoffs are in Kolkatta and Delhi.. Not in the batting tracks of Chennai or B'lore P.S.S : RCB lost by a huge margin in 2011 final. That too in a batting wicket. With Galye. :hehe:

Srini and CSK are the ones doing the trolling. This is the first I've heard of a team deciding who the opposition can or cannot field at their home ground. It's like Ambanis demanding that Dhoni be dropped from the CSK team when playing at Wankhede. I happened to mention it to an American colleague of mine - first he could not believe it, then could not stop laughing at how such a league could be taken seriously by anyone. :hysterical:
I can understand why your American colleague was dumbstruck. It would be pretty remarkable if a home team decided if certain members of the opposition can or cannot play at their home ground, EXCEPT, THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS CASE. I am still figuring if your argument is sincere or you are simply trolling around (I feel like you are simply too intelligent to even make this argument), but if the implication of your point is that the CSK franchize somehow conspired to prevent Lankan players from playing in Madras, that is some high-class deluded sh!t. Lets be very clear – The Tamil Nadu govt. banned Lankan players (including the ethnic Tamil Murali btw) from participating in Chennai home games. Is this fair to the team (including CSK, who has Lankan players btw)? Of course not. But this is not the first time this has happened. Several franchizes suffered badly during IPL 2009 and 2010, when the Indian govt. refused to allow Pakistani players who were signed during the 2008 auction to participate (http://www.espncricinfo.com/ipl2010/content/story/438528.html)

If TP losses his rhythm from here onwards and if that affects SRH team's progress, CSK is fully responsible for it. On that basis they should be disqualified from this year's tournament, and further, their past titles should be taken back assuming they might had cheated in the past as well :bigboss:

Tamil Nadu government banned Sri Lankan players and CSK continued to host games in Chennai rather than move them out to have a level playing field. CSK had some no name Sri Lankan players who probably would not have gotten a game anyway. If someone like Hussey or Dhoni was a Sri Lankan, CSK would have happily moved out the matches. They did not move the matches out because i) Their team composition and balance was not effected and ii) Several teams' composition and balance was effected and iii) The importance of filling up the coffers took priority over providing a level playing field to all teams. The Pakistan comparison is absurd - money from those players was freed up well in time for franchises to make other purchases and there was no alternate venue where the matches could be held if the Indian government did not allow it, unless you shift the league out of the country. If Tamil Nadu government does not allow Sri Lankan players there are 27 other states and 7 union territories where the matches can be moved to. PS: I might have been exaggerating and riling things up a bit in the spirit of IPL, but this is a perfectly serious post.

PWI - Was a blessing in disguise SRH - Deserved it. They are owned by DMK K11 - No Sl players KKR - Again no difference. The pitch was doctored to neuter spin just like the final last year RCB - Again blessing in disguise to get rid of Dilshan MI - Malinga was injured. In any case they should not even open their mouth after they played 5 foreigners in CL RR - NO SL Players DD - Again will prove good for them since they can get rid of their out of form Jaya. Of course in your blind hatred you forgot CSK has not been able to play Kula in any matches. He is pretty decent bowling at depth.
