No hatred ... Just remember, the way he played against Finn in that ODI series. Vijay was good in the test series and atleast has showed good temperament. Plus Rahane hasn't set the world on fire in IPL.

Mishra can be in the squad but Ashwin is too inconsistent and tries a lot of variations. His pause and deliver technique gets taken for runs. As for Batting, he's good against pace but is a walking wicket against spin, and he's not a consistent batsmen. Jadeja is better, seeing as how hes has improved. Plus he had a good series in England the last time.

The job of openers should be made clear cut by coach. Dont loose wickets with new ball. If that means only 30 runs in 10 overs, thats fine. Its England, bowl will swing seam...so just play as a test match in the 1st 10. The firepower we have in the middle order, we can easily score 250 runs in remaining 40 overs.

Pacers in playing xi should be Bhuvi, Yadav and Ishant. Shami or PK could be back up Seamers. Opening Dhawan and Gambhir. Followed by Kohli, Rohit, yuvi, Raina. Then captain cool. Jadeja would take remaining place in xi. If 2 spinners needed, drop one of Ishant or Yadav and get ashwin.
