As for why Dhoni should not play if Sakshi is to be questioned, well didn't Pawan Bansal had to resign because of what his nephew did? Imagine a scenario where Sakshi is being questioned by the police during the CT and if at all the details emerge that Dhoni too needs to be questioned, will that not be an embarrassment? Sitting next to him doesn't really mean anything and I think if she had to be questioned, they would have done it by now. I guess Bansal was under political pressure from his own party members and he also was involved in that scam, nephew was kind of a second fiddle if I am right.
