We beat england 3-0, same team you lost to, bcci will not play pak on sc pitches they know that Indian great players of spin all retired and new bunch can't play quality spin except pujara. Also Indian seamers can't reverse the ball without zaheer khan so easy win for pak.

I expect Lala to be T20 captain soon. When Mailk got stumped, Lala was shown talking to the coach/Zaheer Abbas making gestures about how Malik should have played straight defense. When Maqsood got out in the same way, we can see Lala shaking his head. After a few deliveries later, Lala went out the same way. :giggle:

How many times are we going to say this. The truth is that we are a mediocre cricket team, with a mediocre talent pool and our fans hype mediocre players like Shehzad, Umar Akmal, Junaid and overrate guys like Ajmal to the moon. There are no great talents in domestic cricket either. Just victim of hype. Pakistan can't and won't dominate any format of the game for the next 500 years but we certainly dominate one department - the most deluded fan base in the world. I have accepted the mediocrity of this team and have done so ages ago because I know that Pakistan is a country not rich with cricketing resources. It has never been but for the knack of producing sensational pacers. That is history now as well and garbage young pacers are touted as the next big things. We will continue to leech and scrap on fluke performances, such as whitewashing England. We leeched that series win for 2 years, now we have the Sri Lankan 3rd Test to leech for another 2 years. Individual performances are on the same line. Ajmal has done nothing in Tests in the last year and a half but yet he's an ATG. Every man and his dog knows that Junaid has no clue about swing bowling yet his fan base are leeching his 1.5 year old performance in India. Umar Akmal is nothing more than a slogger yet he's the next big thing and a better natural talent than Kohli. Shehzad is a mediocre batsman with way too many flaws, yet his attitude mirrors that of someone like Kohli who has more ability and class in one finger. As long as Pakistani fans don't get off their hypothetical talent horse, the lie and farce that Pakistan is blessed with enormous talent, there isn't any hope for improvement. The abundance of talent has failed to produce one quality WK batsman in history and had just one ATG batsman to show for in Miandad. I have fell of my chair many times when people compare that FTB Inzamam with Tendulkar. Nothing is going to change and nothing is going to happen. We will continue to be hit and miss and remain mediocre. The problem isn't with the players but with the team. People expect too much from them. You won't see a Fulham fan hoping that his team win the BPL. He knows they don't have the ability and has therefore set other targets in his mind. We need to swallow the bitter pill that we will forever remain in the shadow of the big boys. We represent the level alongside NZ and WI that is between the top teams and the minnows. SL has taken a step forward and they look like a strong team now. England have lost the script at the moment but county cricket will fight them throw, unlike our FC structure where garbage batsmen like Sarfraz average 40+ and a slogger like Umar over 50. Not to mention the latest hack Sharjeel batting like Sehwag in domestic cricket. Our best bet is to hold our own against the big boys to a certain degree so that we lose respectably and with our heads held high. Expecting more is pure folly. We need to let go of the "not playing at home excuse" as well. People act as if we were world beaters in Pakistan and have been deprived of easy wins and the icing on the cake is our criticism of India for getting easy wins at home. Just take a look at our recent record in Pakistan, in fact you don't even have to look beyond the last ODI we played there.
