The cup, obviously. We beat Pak whenever it mattered, and will probably continue to do so. With the team we have, our rivalry should be with the likes of SA and Australia, not Pakistan and Ireland.

In the last 6 months after that 3 match ODI series I have heard Junaid Kahn this Junaid Khan that blah blah.. so much, that its making me sick now. I just hope someone puts a good show against him and kills the hype for sometime at least.

Your captain said beating Pakistan in 1999 World Cup was winning the World Cup for them.
yes because we were not good enough to win the cup. the next big thing is to beat pakis. But I would take anything like 2011 WC. First kick Pakis out of the cup and then when the whole green country is praying for an Indian loss in the WC final, go on to win the tourney.:hysterical::hysterical:

When did Wasim' date=' Wasqar and Mushtaq play against the Irish?[/quote'] Buddy, you might want to check some of the posts by your fellow countryman, a someone named Hafeez, who runs around and posts nothing but pure bull crap!

Here if Pak wins: Pak a better side than Ind right now since Pakistan recently beat Ind in Ind too... if Ind wins: Pak a better side than Ind right now since winning a one-on-one 3 match series way better than winning one random ODI somewhere...

There's an uninspiring international ODI tournament coming up, a flood of iterative and mostly meaningless games, and a unremarkable cup to be awarded to the likely not - overwhelmed, and soon to be forgotten, winners. Afloat on the sea of this vast apathy, brightly shines an India Pakistan game. Hope that answers the OP's question.

Absolutely rubbish post. Australia aren't even that good! Pakistan are even with them I would say. I don't think an India-aus game would sell out 10 times over. Everybody yesterday wanted a ticket from me for India v Pakistan.
