adi B Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 English bowlers quickly lose the plot when openers attack them. this
adi B Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 SIR and fatwin will take care of the english middle order considering the huge turn from the edgbaston track .
saneindian Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Expect a grassy track out of the blue. Will not be bad, makes our pacers doubly effective.
NareshK Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Only the swing of Anderson, Broad, Finn can make a difference. England bowlers at home are a different kettle of fish. They know how to use the conditions. Their batsmen are also capable of putting a good score on board. India have a tough fight on its hands. Here's hoping they do well.
Clarke Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Yep, its a combined threat of England seam attack in the right conditions. Anderson has very good support in Finn and in form Broad. A flat track though is another story.
Debutant Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Final will be very tough as the English have the best bowling attack for the English conditions. Anderson is bowling superbly. Their batsmen can bat against the swinging ball and are capable of putting very good scores. This final is a mouth watering prospect. Hope rain does not plays spoilsport. :isalute:
Sidhoni Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Raina and Dhoni still haven't had a hit while those 2 were supposed to be they key to our batting along with Kohli. Shows how strong we are.
Sidhoni Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Bhuvi has taken out leftie openers in every match : Ingram - SA (Caught Raina : second slip) Gayle - WI (Caught Ashwin : first slip) Jamshed - Pak (Caught Raina : second slip) Perera - SL (Caught Raina : second slip) Cook is better than all those and it would be just perfect for us if Bhuvi can once again take out the leftie opener in the big game.
FischerTal Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Hope Dhoni won't hide behind Jaddu if time comes if the time is right, he will hide behind Bhuvi :agree:
bulbul Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 if the time is right' date=' he will hide behind Bhuvi :agree:[/quote'] We won't be in that situtation tomorrow any way :winky:
FischerTal Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 We won't be in that situtation tomorrow any way :winky: all depends on the toss
bulbul Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 all depends on the toss If we win toss we should send Dhoni as opener  Helicopter will cancel out the swing.
Sidhoni Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 if the time is right' date=' he will hide behind [s']Bhuvi yadav :agree: FTFY
adi B Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 If we win toss we should send Dhoni as opener  Helicopter will cancel out the swing. lol
Sachin=GOD Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 whats the situation with the injuries of Bresnan and Swann? Also, even if Bresnan is fit, will they play him ahead of Finn?
adi B Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 whats the situation with the injuries of Bresnan and Swann? Also' date=' even if Bresnan is fit, will they play him ahead of Finn?[/quote'] both wont play
rkt.india Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Cannot see India winning in predicted Cardiff-like overcast conditions against Anderson, Finn, Broad.
