Its his pace as well was basically bowling at trundler speeds. Bhuvi was way faster than him. Ishant does not value his place enough IMO. Look at Bhuvi. I think he realised he needed to up his pace if he was to be effective. Did just that. IE he cares.

Why would he value his spot as is guaranteed to play every game in every format. The MOST USELESS "sportsman" in world sport today, brings NOTHING to the table and has zero skills apart from servicing Dhoni's needs off the field. It is incredible that the media NEVER ask questions about the Sharma-Dhoni relationship as he is getting picked for reasons other than sporting ability and merit. Until Dhoni and his lovers go we are doomed to continuous failure on overseas tours.
