Ishrat is doubtful, but headley named her as being let's suicide bomber, her name was listed on let's website for being their jihadi, as per former home secretery gk pillai she was a terrorist , there was central government's IB input tht he attended terror training camp - with so many doubts hanging, i'd say tht thr is more than enough outrage over her alleged fake encounter

For the record, I believe even the male terrorists should not be killed like this. Encounters are inhuman practice by rogue state.

Comparing two innoncet teenagers being killed for as innocent thing as dancing in rain with an alleged terrorist being killed when she was accompanying proven terrorists on their mission. Nice attempt to give Ishrat encounter a twist to look like a crime against women.
