Old guy Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Take that haters :finger: i thought you are a chachin paaji hater hater ? why would i do that ? :cantstop:
saneindian Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Yes' date=' [b']when Dravid plays slow its because that's how he plays. When Sachin does it because he is struggling to time he is selfish BTW, when you go into personal intentions of players like questioning their integrity, selfishness, etc, then your views have nothing to do with facts or genuineness. Its completely powered by genuine hate for a player (and most probably because you like some other player whom you feel is overshadowed) I have followed many of your posts on other forums, so please don't make these tall claims of genuineness. :two_thumbs_up:
velu Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 struggling to score runs and being selfish to reach landmarks are two different things watever makes you happy :icflove: anyway this thread is not about whether sachin is selfish or not we are deviating from the topic .. MSD or sachin ?? :hmmm:
Old guy Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 This is a ridiculous thread. Tendulkar would compete only with Richards to be the best ODI cricketer ever' date=' Dhoni would struggle to make the top 10. There is simply no comparison whatsoever.[/quote'] seriously.. some people here using ur argument of world cup final performance but forgetting to read whole post where u said its mroe of a tie breaker and only gives advantage if rest everything is comparable and equal ..
Divvy Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 People often forget abt kallis.. In ODI's Sachin Ave : 44.83 RPI : 40.76 50 + runs in every 3.11 innings Kallis Ave: 45.26 RPI : 37.45 50+ runs in every 3 innings And don't forget Kallis' bowling. His figures are on par (or sligntly lesser than) with Srinath. He is basically Sachin+Srinath Sachin is the greatest batsman in ODI, but IMO, Kallis is the greatest "cricketer" in ODI's. Comparable to Sir Sobers, Imran, Haldlee in tests.

And beyond statistics, Kallis has never been an impact player in ODIs while batting or bowling. He is a good and stable support act in the middle order like Dravid used to be, but one would seriously struggle to think of innings by Kallis which stay in your mind like Tendulkar's 175, the Desert Storm centuries, and so many more.
rkt.india Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 When you have SRT, anyone else can only fight for second spot. :two_thumbs_up:

Sachin=GOD Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 The haters here are as blind and delusive as the haters. he's talking about an international top 10 list - and Dhoni certainly would struggle to come into such a list.
SLICKR392 Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 :two_thumbs_up: Yuvraj > Ganguly. Won us plenty of games, can bowl better than him and has a far superior SR compared to Ganguly's SR of 73.
Sidhoni Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Yuvraj > Ganguly. Won us plenty of games' date=' can bowl better than him and has a far superior SR compared to Ganguly's SR of 73.[/quote'] That and Yuvi won us a WC. Second Indian to be MOTT in a WC (Don't know if there was such a thing in 83)
The Outsider Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 SRT any day but the haters here are as blind and delusive as the haters. Maybe you are in a rage mode like your avatar and did not read my post correctly? Or are you seriously saying that Dhoni is a certainty to make an all time top 10 ODI list of international cricketers?
Sachin=GOD Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 That and Yuvi won us a WC. Only Indian to be MOTT in a WC (Don't know if there was such a thing in 83) Goddy in 2003.
The Outsider Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 That and Yuvi won us a WC. Only Indian to be MOTT in a WC (Don't know if there was such a thing in 83) Huh? Tendulkar won it in '03.
Sidhoni Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Goddy in 2003. Huh? Tendulkar won it in '03. Oops. I thought he only won the golden bat.
