carnish Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Source and did they say if he will keep ? He will if he plays ... Won't be running around the ground.
SLICKR392 Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Source and did they say if he will keep ? I saw it on a twitter post. Some Dhoni fanboy saying its confirmed and to worship or wish him luck.
saneindian Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Would be unethical for him to play. What precedent does it set? Next time a player gets injured and gets ruled out on a tour, he will demand to stay back to see if he can gain fitness and play a part in the later part of a series. Let the team which made it to the finals play.

maniac Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Him Playing the finals is worse and more selsfish than SRT's alleged pro;longing of his career for the 100th 100
saneindian Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 WHATTT??? You are injured, ruled out of the series, a replacement is named (which means you have been withdrawn from the squad), you stay back, become fit and start to play again. Have never heard of this happening before. Do correct me If I am wrong.

[b']Have never heard of this happening before. Do correct me If I am wrong. Because the injured player happened to be a captain who has a chance to lift another meaningless trophy which might cover-up for S.A series later this year

Nash Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Just stay back and take rest. You did good job in CT. We have big things coming in SA.

carnish Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 This.. After getting a replacement, how can he play He makes the Rules. He stayed back and helped in important decisions. India wouldn't have been in the finals if it weren't for him. :giggle:
