Will Legend (VK) be retained in ODI squad? Should he be?

He hasnt done too bad, some decent performances in limited format (non-Intl matches). But he is 100% trundler too. Does he retain place in ODI squad versus Aussies?

Umesh should play Duleep trophy, not ODIs against Aus. He was completely out of sorts in challengers.
