one such is Sehwag. Big Legend opener for India I wish his retirement happens in Indian jersey, but most likely wont. Any other such legends got dropped and had to retire later sometime?

Let's keep this thread to players who have retired? I would say Wasim Akram should have been treated better by Pakistan. Dravid. Even though he opted out himself, deserved a great farewell. I miss this dude.

Cricketicz and Number, Agreed dravid and laxman too Though in dravid's case he probably would have not liked a pre-announced attention farewell. So maybe he preferred to quietly slip away

Well I did like how he played his one of twenty20, his first and the last one too in England where he was in brilliant form. And you could see some great camera work there in England and it was a perfect fairwell for Dravid. Crowd recognized it and also it was brilliant gesture by England players.

Dravid ....but he chose his retirement so we should respect that. Would hate it if Sehwag did not play the big game again. For all the mind blowing and quite a few hair tearing moments he has given us...he deserves a good farewell.
