If Gambhir comes to SA then Rahane has to sit out Zaheer IMO should make the side for SA he has been in top form for mumbai in the ranji. With bat and ball. People dont realise this but lower order runs in SA after the new ball has been worn down are going to be crucial

That does not matter. Any player can be picked whether he is contracted or not. As soon as he is picked, he will eventually be counted in grade C.
