But even the corporates come with their own baggage, supporters, alliances, political connections and obligations.... The big corporate names with serious clout have better things to do than be involved with BCCI's nitty gritty. The ones that are interested will be underachieving businessmen licking some politicians boot.....a la modi or retiring power hungry pensioners a la srini!!! And if they have to win the seat they have to play GoT with state boards to win the elections. Its surprising how difficult, complicated and painful the BCCI hierarchy have made the system running the national team over the past few decades!! How come terrorists never target the BCCI office during some big board meeting!!!:--D

When Srinivasan is set-aside as the BCCI president by none other than the Supreme court of India, he is allowed to represent India in ICC - how does that amount to not damaging the reputation of the board? BCCI in its lowest in credibility terms, hopefully the mess would clear soon.

They used to have so many issues with ex cricketers regarding medical payment etc. Issues with ex-administrators is also not uncommon. Dalmiya was sued by them, same with Modi. Seems like it just can't get along nice.
