That might be every ICFr's cream dream but why would India drop the highest wicket taker in the last test? I mean there is no rationale behind that as much as there was no rationale in playing Ishant in the first test to begin with.

That is the exact reason why I would drop him. He has a good game every 15-20 Test matches, and I think playing him will be Hara-kiri. I am sure MS will play and unchanged XI and stubborn as he is will never make any change. But if I were to choose 3 seamers, these 3 will be my first choice. And when you say Ishant never deserved the place in the first place, one should not bother dropping him for the 2nd Test and give Ishwar a chance, after all he did well in the practice game.

The only slot open right now is Zak from the team that played the 1st test...Dhawan saved himself with a timely century and the unfortunate thing is despite the entire X1 performed to some extent we still lost pretty badly...Don't let the 40 run deficit fool us.
