mancalledsting Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 u suggest we ditch dhoni? *****IN SACK THE B*STARD for all the damage he has done. he is costing us test victories, holding back quaity pacers, holding back better batsmen, holding back future captains, ruining our best and fastest bowler by under and over bowling him. Dhoni is the biggest problem in indian cricket. For test cricket id definitely agree- completely out of his depth. For ODI cricket, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt due to his overall good track record although there are definite issues.

rainy day Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 I do agree a lot, for starters M. Shami shouldn't even have played the 5 ODIs + 2 Tests. Any Non-Asian captain and he would have got a rest of 2 ODIs plus of course better use in Tests.

This is the most popular excuse for Bhuvis pathetic stats. Now he has given longer spells, and thats wrong too. Looks like watever he does is wrong.

Looks like watever he does is wrong.[/quote'] You understand the diff between odis and tests?Bhuvi always got long spells with new ball so who are u talking about,Allthough dhoni has habbit of giving one over spells to fast bowlers in odis which increaser the chances of injury.In test that has not been the problem.Whats wrong is the the team ?the selection , the pathetic fields that bootlicker sets and the dropped catches. The op wants workload management of our bowlers like other countries do which will allow bowlers to be injury free and maintain pace unlike our past where bowlers broke down and lost pace.
