What Kind of a captain would call his bowlers brainless in public/media?

Talking of MSD's blatant blaming of fast bowlers and using of brains in the media, i seriously summon MSD with few questions myself, talking about using brains MSD.... What kind of a brainy captain would play 2 spinners in conditions favoring fast bowlers? What kind of a brainy captain would make your No.1 batsman change position and fiddle with the batting order in a must win match? What intelligent example are you setting persevering with Ishant Sharma over and over again when the entire country thinks that the guy should make way for someone more deserving. Where were your brains when we needed 80 odd runs from last 15 overs to win a test match away from home against West Indies ?

The worrying aspect is they don't seem to learn and keep making the same mistakes over and over which is what Dhoni is pointing out.

We don't have 3 good quality seamers, where is the 4th seamer going to come from ? We have to play 2 spinners in every game. In these conditions, seamers have to take majority of wickets which our seamers are not able to do and they are just not good enough at the moment. What can any captain do ? Could we have a settled pool of fast bowlers we can pick n choose from ? The ans is yes we could ,Shami, Aaron, Yadav, Bhuvi, I Pandey, R. Dhawan. The last 2 ODI's are were the only instances when the 3 of the above played together in the same match. The fact is playing with fast bowlers is not MSD's style of captaincy. He likes to play a waiting game by slowing things down, taking pace off the match, strangle the opposition with spinners, which is a fine strategy only in India/Subcontinent. When we go abroad the captain Cool is clueless as he does not have a blue print to win matches outside of Indian subcontinent. So what he does? He plays with his own cocky style, 2 spinners in SA, NZL, and the results are for everyone to see. And after everything that he has done, he still has the audacity to come out in media, and call his bowlers brainless, when he himself could have done a much better job in building a team around fast bowlers who could win country matches outside of India and subcontinent.

+1.. He want everything readymade. He doesn't want to give fair chances to promising seamers and then expect them to do exceedingly well. He want perfect pacers that can do everything on their own from day 1 of their international career. That too, by giving these pacers 2 over spells with new ball and then bring them back in 30th over for another 2 over spell and then suddenly ask them to bowl in death overs. And then he would call them brainless if they went for runs in death overs because he backed and supported them so much. He used them with so much intelligence and give them confidence to go all out and they still failed. Dhoni is not a fast bowler's captain. He is the sort of captain, India used to have in 50s-70s. All his strategies have spinners in their centre. He used to be very different when he started captaining India. But he has changed a lot in 2-3 years and he should be sacked from captaincy in tests at least.

Dhoni's tactic of playing two spinners would work if the rule to allow two new balls in ODI's was not implemented. One of the major reasons why our spinners are unable to perform overseas and Dhoni is struggling to cope with this reality.

Based on what I have seen of Indian cricket, there is no point in relying on seamers. When we bat first, look to get 330 and when we chase, look to chase 330. If the pitch is slow, play 3 spinners. This is the only way we can win games.

May be he felt aaron not paling ipl was brainless.I mean ishant gets hammered every match and at pcs we here we bowled well ,lastly on this tour when we conceded 320 and he goes after a youngster coming from injury .
