Overnight there was a hostile takeover of that business.The owner was well compensated though as there was nothing "illegal" in the way it was done and every thing was done with a concrete paper work.But obviously it was against the owner's will . This might sound like a filmi story but it is an actual event that happened and I heard this from one of the bankers(very reliable source) who were involved, when this happened. No hungama or big drama like they show in the movies,just silent ruthlesness. That is the kind of man Sreenivasan is. Make your call on it.
