Don't think Nohit's inclusion would allow Pujara to open. Would love him to open. Will bring a balance to our middle order with Rohit as a 'slogger' down there.

Shami will be completely worn out by the Asia Cup..needs to be handled properly. Not sure if Ashwin deserves to play in T20s along with Dhoni)

That's exactly what happened with Rahane in the middle order. Especially while chasing a big target. We are missing someone who could stroll around for a while when wickets are down and hit big shots when needed. Kohli can't do it everytime.

what happened to pragyan Ojha....never finds place....even in tests he gets benched that too after good showing...may be next murali kartik like treatment..

Team needs allrounders and not pure bowlers anymore. The era has changed in the limited overs scenario. As far as test is concerned, when 3 spinners are played, he will be there.

Well there's that but with Pujara at 4 wouldn't make much difference unless we are chasing a slim target with few wickets down.

dhoni cant do anything .. nad it wont improve in a year or two.. nz showed everyone abt how to beat india in ODIs .. target our bowlers :(( we got 2 batsmen for wc as of now ( kohli and dhoni ) .. rohit might do ok is asutarlia .. rest all r passengers

It would but I don't like that idea of playing around with Kohli's holy grail slot. In place of that, we could let Che remain at #4 but only with a good hitter at #5 with Dhoni to follow. Pujara at #4 with Rahane or Rayudu at #5 will result in a very murky WC.

Can't see us winning either with this squad. When world has the likes of maxwell, Faulkner, Anderson, miller, Mathew walking out at 6-7 we have rahane, rayadu . In SC we will be hammered between 35-50 overs while we will consolidate.
