Dont think so. He clearly waited till Zaheer strolled slowly down to the ball and he was abusing then after Zaheer picked up the ball. He didn't abuse as soon as Mccullum hit. You can see him looking towards Zaheer before turning and abusing.

Was watching the game. He was abusing McCullum after the LBW appeal where he took that long stride forward and was given not out as the ball pitched outside off.

Nope he was abusing McCullum. You should have seen that over to get the context. McCullum escaped a close LBW shout that was hitting the top of off and Ishant generally troubled McCullum in that over and McCullum rubbed salt into the wounds by hitting this particularly delivery for 2-3 runs. On another day Ishant could've had McCullum LBW and was pretty frustrated at the events. When you saw the incident real-time you immediately knew whom he was targeting.
