This is what is good about BK. It's not always about pace. Shami bowled really well with pace, but couldn't do much int he middle. Though Shami with BK's support might have made sure India wrap the NZ line up. He is actually pretty good, need to stick with him shami and one of those other quicks that you guys have.

Yes, pace is good to have, but one bowler in the team with accurate bowling can cause lot of trouble. Just the right line and length is required. What was Zak doing, bowling right line and length and averaged 42 in the series. Everyone is a line and length bowler in India. You need an x-factor who can rattle the batsmen with pace. If BK was so great with his line length, he would not have been averaging 38 with SR of 70 in test. He can be decent in England where new ball will swing.

Varun Aaron bowled pathetically in the New Zealand ODI series, while Yadav has arguably been one of our worst ODI bowlers ever while his test record is nothing worth writing home about either.

Shami 3rd Zak Can't comment oN Umesh and others since none of us have seen them much in test recently. I don'tk now how good they will be. Though they all show promise. 2 out of the 3 serious trundlers. When will indians learn? On Kohli totoal class. Magnificent Just needs those big ones. But am sure they will come

Varun Aaron is the best fast bowling talent to emerge from india in recent years. You have no idea what you are talking about. Yadav has been erratic, but so was mithchell jhonson for so many years. You don't write them off, especially fast bowlers with real pace. With some fine tuning they can rattle the opposition with their pace. Our attitude towards fast bowlers suck and no wonder we don't produce fast bowlers. We deserve ishant, bhuvi and pk. I am tired of arguing people like you. I am not gonna reply you either. Adios.

It is very good for an indian bowler after 10 matches to average 30 and strike rate in 40s.He played against Australia,England some of the guys who play pace well,so he can always do well against sc players.

express bowling Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 Kohli averaged 41+ before SAF tour. He averaged 44+ after SAF tour. After NZ tour he is averaging 46.5 Good to see an Indian batsman increasing his test average after overseas tours in pace friendly conditions. This is the type of batsman I want in my team.
