Bigger battery, better camera, no bloatware, no gimmicky apps, it's made of metal and finally brings an LED display. S5 looks too fragile like S2, S3, S4. LG is also a decent one.

Yeah I think it will be better than new one also ..easily the best phone in market with no gimmicks and huge battery

I think s3 owners can upgrade it to s5.. Guess Htc m8 ll be better than s5 but they don't have production or marketing muscle to challenge s5 I just do not get why Sony is not more popular ,last year screen was bad but this year that device is perfect and u can get compact if u need smaller phone... Also it will be priced well

Also it will be priced well lack of a back button is it's biggest weakness. that navigation strip in the bottom of the screen is annoying. it never goes away while playing games and it reduces the screen size too.

In android 4.4 in immersive mode those buttons and even notification shade gets hidden
