maniac Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Once again......time has come for yet another t 20 wc......3 back to back pre-k.o exits and pretty much the same squad......we probably have the weakest squad among the big guns...bowling and lack luster hitting. Will be fun to see how the obvious culprits will be ignored and new scapegoats will be found.like how jaddu was singlehandedly made accountable for 2 exits in the past. This is to track the scapegoat for each game and tourney going forward :--D Will be interesting

undisputed chap Posted March 20, 2014 Posted March 20, 2014 Brilliant thread this.I think this thread should be expanded to include not just india matches but also other. countries.Thereare many instances in which young inexperienced cricketers were made to take a fall to hide the incompetence of the captain & his buddies.In this thread we can bring out the failures of those in charge. I will like to start by the wc ind vs eng match in which jadeja played a slow pace when india needed quick runs.ind lost & jadeja was made scapegoat.But why blame an rookie sent out in a pressure game & not the retarded captain fpr sending him out ahead of two of most fiercest strikers.When you lap up credit for last over victory over pak in inaugural wc for innovative captaincy you should also accept your mistake & make a talented youngster a scapegoat. Also kp eg comes to mind.Even if he was running around naked in the dressing room wearing nothing but a hat with vodka in one hand & pot in another chasing a dirty stripper how did it cause cook to suddenly lose form,become a braindead capitan,trott to develop stress related illness,anderson & swann to become useless.Eventually kp was made a scapegoat to hide their incompetence.
