nothing much different in style and speed though. we have 4-5 bowlers of this type. bumrah will be a better choice.

So? Even great teams have off days. Aus A team is full of aussie fringe players like doolan, white, cutting , etc. Also saf A have Merchant de Lange who is good prospect for SA. Also B. Hendricks has a great FC record. While NPS has mostly under 23 yrs players.

I think we see clearly that Dhawal and Mohit should be given plenty of ODI opportunities to find their feet as the ability to get out good batsmen and bowl tightly is there. This is not to forget that all of the pace obsessed people can be satisfied that both these bowls can hit 140kph.

Even when Bhuvi, Shami, Aaron, Pandey, Pankaj and Umesh are available? Not to forget Ishant who may soon comeback to ODIs squad as well. But on the ODI leg of Eng tour, Mohit and Dhawal may get a chance as Bhuvi and Shami would be totally exhausted after 5 tests and we should ideally rest them from ODIs.

Shami ,umesh and ishant should not play Odis IMO Shami can play if there is not much cricket but we are playing plenty of tests already so it will really grind him to death
