This is of course just based on a single 4 over spell in a T20 match, but he wasn't fully fit at the time. Average speed including slower balls was around 85. Minus slower deliveries he was probably around 86-87 mph and reached 89. Even Brett Lee never bowled every ball over 90 mph.

Even Brett Lee never bowled every ball over 90 mph.[/quote'] But Brett Lee bowled 100 mph, no bowler bowls every ball at 90 mph, but a bowler to be termed as express much be capable of doing that most often or when required. Lee has bowled 95 mph spells at his peak.
