Nobody then paid much attention to the man, Aditya Verma, the secretary of the unrecognised Cricket Association of Bihar (CAB). Bihar board has not gotten recognition from BCCI yet. There is certainly someone behind him. I am quite sure as soon as Srini goes, Bihar will be full BCCI member.

Srini has some balls ignoring a Union Minister like that.Sahay wanted to talk regarding recognition for CAB.Srini called him to Chennai and then didnt bother meeting him.
