I dont like Dhobi but give him MJ in form he will trample everyone, dhobi is reluctant to attack for a reason which moron like Ian Chappell will never understand. Cook won the most toughest tour for any team India in India but Clarke is some how superior. There is a reason why Dhobi is conservative he does not have weapons like other captain he has the weakest bowling attack of all major nations and yet they punch above their weight. 0-8 was freak thing it wont happen every time lot of things have to go wrong to have results like that, Dhobi has to be captain till next world cup by then youngsters will gain experience will be ready to take over. Dhobi walks into both test team and odi team playing eleven, Saha needs to do more in FC to upsurp Dhoni in test team.Saha did play two tests but did nothing. How many overseas tests did great ganguly win?? Indian team with their weak bowling will always struggle to take 20 wickets overseas. You cant expect miracles from Dhobi yes he is putrid overseas both as batsman and captain but I don't see anyone better than him.He and Kohli are the only two people who are a must in both odis and tests. Kohli is too valuable to be put under captaincy pressure which clearly is hampering his batting, if he did well in his short stint both with RCB and India he would have been the captain for ENGLAND TOUR.

In home Tests, Saha cannot replace Dhoni - because Dhoni will score a lot more runs than Saha as well as keep to spinners. But for overseas Tests, since we will play 3 pacers - Saha has a definite edge keepingwise; and his ability to graft around and play fighting knocks maybe useful because Dhoni has been quite poor overall in terms of batting (overseas). Saha can surely be tried out and given a run (in ideal circumstances). In ODIs, NO ONE can replace Dhoni. He owns that format and can probably play till 2019 unless his game really falls. In T20Is, Dhoni should give up his spot for the younger lot - Saha/Samson/_____ whoever is in form.

Saha could grit it out and get some gutsy, stubborn 70s. That folks will be a masisve improvement on dhoni who is a walking wicket overseas. Particularly as he don't even care about tests
