div Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Too much analyzing on Indian bowlers...it's the batters you need to worry about...Can't see any one else apart from kolhi standing tall against the venomous English attack...Anderson with his swing and Plunkett with his bounce will eat the flimsy ftbs alive....mark my words...:two_thumbs_up: Last year in England http://www.espncricinfo.com/icc-champions-trophy-2013/engine/match/566947.html
Cricket Tragic Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Unfortunately, Ishhhhhaaant is likely to play because of his experience. :banghead:
Sachin=GOD Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Unfortunately' date=' Ishhhhhaaant is likely to play because of his experience. :banghead:[/quote'] Welcome back :two_thumbs_up:
Vilander Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 These guys scored runs in SA and NZ against as good attacks. Pukara' date=' Kohli, Dhawan, Rahane, Vijay scored 100 or 90s.[/quote'] He does not deserve a serious response.
G_B_ Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 I think BCCI should have scheduled a series v BD which included tesr cricket, The last time we played a test match was in Jan. Thats a break of nearly 6 months. these guys are really rusty. It tells that Punkaj singh has been playing ranji cricket and looks the best of the pack
renjith Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 I think BCCI should have scheduled a series v BD which included tesr cricket, The last time we played a test match was in Jan. Thats a break of nearly 6 months. these guys are really rusty. It tells that Punkaj singh has been playing ranji cricket and looks the best of the pack they will be tired then. now they are rusty. its a pity that we could only find a bunch of losers from 1 billion. Imagine the embarrassment of indians in leicestershire. Feel sorry for them.
ThePhenomenal1 Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Don't think it will be easy for dhoni to pick ishant in first test unless he comes up with some good performance in next warm up. public protest against ishant is becoming more and more vocal. people have started publicly ridiculing him on the ground. atleast the UK fans have the balls, they seem more knowledgeable than the idiot fans in india who pour money and do nothing
ThePhenomenal1 Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 india needs to show the fight and they dont have it with dhoni india had more fight with raina in bangladesh and kohli in asia cup
psrb4u Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Indian bowlers were simply not good enough. They can't beat England with such a poor performance.
Temujin Khaghan Posted June 29, 2014 Author Posted June 29, 2014 lets wait till the first test starts
express bowling Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Pankaj, Shami and Aaron should be our pace attack. Ishant, Shami and Pankaj will probably be our pace attack.
Cricket_Hacker Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Pankaj, Shami and Aaron should be our pace attack. Ishant, Shami and Pankaj will probably be our pace attack. Dhoni will go into the first test with Ishant,Shami,Jadeja,Bhuvi
express bowling Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 I am hopeful of Pankaj. Because he has various weapons like swing, seam movement, bounce and decent pace to take advantage of different playing conditions. Simply put, he can succeed under different situations.
express bowling Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Dhoni will go into the first test with Ishant' date='Shami,Pankaj,Bhuvi[/quote'] I don't think Dhoni will play four seamers.
Cricket_Hacker Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 I don't think Dhoni will play four seamers. i meant the darter Jadeja
cowboysfan Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Lol public protest means zilch In all likelihood Bhuvi, Shami, ishant and Ashwin will the bowling attack for 1st test. seems like a safe bet .
moniker Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 International players see each other quite a lot' date=' but first class players in Eng/Aus/India/Pak are nearly as good as internationals but they are un known, people do not know about them. This often plays into their hands. Starting 11 will be Bhuv/Pankaj/Shami thats good enough wait and what what Ashwin can do. Second warmup is crucial[/quote'] The guys who scored run a ball centuries Robson and Smith average 35 and 28 in FC cricket.
vishalvirsingh Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Bcci did a wise job to send team early 9 july is still far..n I expect Indian bowlers n batsman to be at their best by then....yes Shammi Aaron pankaj and ashwin looks the best 4 to me...
Vilander Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 The guys who scored run a ball centuries Robson and Smith average 35 and 28 in FC cricket. Its just a warmup no player will try slogging in a test match, its easy to slog when there is no worry to get out. Besides Indians got their lengths wrong for most part and the pitch was lame they will get it right eventually
