Going to be crowded in the UP squad. Mavi, Tyagi, Purnank, Rajpoot, and one other guy I cannot recall. Rajpoot and Mavi are probably certain starters and Kartik should get early chances as well on account of his stint with the national team.

UP also has Yash Dayal and Mohsin Khan. There is another 16 year old who had played some games in 19-20, rated highly by Kaif and Raina. Don't remember his name

Rajasthan is another one - Deepak Chahar, Aniket Choudhary, Tanveer Ul Haq, Khaleel Ahmed, Rituraj Singh, Nagerkotti (if fit), Akash Singh,

Nathu Singh may make a come back too. Such a great prospect ruined by injuries and his laid back attitude like munaf.

Such a sad story. Just when he was ready to make it big, injuries derailed him. Could well have been our Shami 2.0.

He is still only 25(+2-3 years), enough time to comeback and have a decent international career

In a team Where Dhawan Rohit Kohli are top 3 is a disgrace to a top T20 side.  These guys can only bully teams in useless bilaterals Where teams rarely go full strength.  Dhawan & Rohit have awful WT20 numbers.

We have absolutely clueless wrist spinner in Chahal...  Who gets out bowled by most.

Pace attack bar Bumrah is nothing to speak about.  Siraj would be handy addition if picked.

Oh yea I agree with you but I am saying potential wise if India picks their best side. (Won't happen) we are the best side.

Based on what we will pick? Number 2 or 3.

We need someone to partner bumrah and a spinner like Rashid ,maybe Rahul chahar will step up and also explosive batsmen like samad must be blooded.

I already posted the team that will win the tournament.

Have bumrah alongside siraj or tyagi. Add shardul. Pandya. Bhuvi.

No spinner. Will never happen though.

Khaleel honestly can make a comeback. He is what? 22. Hope he doesn't fizzle out.

I am really looking forward to watch kuldip sen, loves raj and the bhiari boys play.

What went wrong with Nathu? He is a great prospect and he was deservedly hyped up by Dravid and Gambhir. Now looks like his state team and BCCI has forgotten about him. Is he fit now?

He consistently got injured and his fitness wasn't up to the mark so Rajasthan didn't pick him after failing Yo Yo test.

We need at least 1 quick with some serious pace of 140 k to 152 k.

Will look forward to unearthing such pacers.

matter of time bro.

india started in 90s with just srinath. just one good pacer.

2000 era we unearthed zaheer, sreesanth, rp singhetc. we had 2 couple of good pacers but not enough backups and support cast. but got better in this decade. lot more 135 plus bowlers came through. even munaf, ajit touched 140 plus. nehra too.

2010 we have bumrah, shami, ishant, umesh, siraj, bhuvi etc. All very good pacers and good depth with young kids.

2020 we will have those above plus prasidh, avesh, tyagi, mavi, porel, kuldip sen etc.

will only get better and better.

matter of time before we get another real 145 plus express bowler. no need for one though tbh if you have skill. 140 plus is more than enough.

bumrah is operating generally at steyns speed.

Genuine express bowling is fun to watch and creates psychological pressure on the opposition. No one likes to be hit by a hard cricket ball released at 150 kph+.

not possible to do so without injury worries unless someone with the literally picture perfect bowling action comes through. Examples include lee, starc.

It is just not feasible. I love how fluid lee's action is. Just mesmerizing to watch. Its like poetry in motion. Just so synchronized. Risk of injury is next to non existent. Its effortless bowling.

unfortunately kids these days dont have that type of bowling actions.

And even then both Lee and Starc suffered serious injuries.

Injuries are part and parcel of express bowling.

We should create a solid base of 5 or 6 pacers bowling 135 k to 145 k/147 k (  we already have them including Prasidh ) ... and have 1 express pacer bowling 140 k to 152 k.

Play the express pacer when he is fit.

Use him smartly against big opponents.

Problem is most Indian quick bowlers don't have bowling actions to sustain pace of 145+.
