If we had only trundlers today, BD would have been 120 for 1 now.

 

Siraj and Umran acted as enforcers and forced the batters to get out on a flat deck. Shakib's wicket was as a result of the battering by Umran and Siraj.

5 over spells is definitely not the way to go for express bowlers. Makes no sense. These captains/clowns need some common sense.

He needs to learn ,how to manage his pace

Favourite trundler's place in the team will be in danger if Umran performs well. So they want him to be niggled out

Umran was bowling well in the 5 day Irani Trophy.

 

With Shami injured, Umran can easy replace him in the test squad.  

 

The BD batter can't handle his pace .... and on the low and slow tracks, if the ball starts to reverse, then Umran will be deadly in test matches.

Ultimately yes. But as he has played very little 50 over and 4 day cricket, it is better to ease him in these formats with 4 over spells for the first 6 months or so.
