Jhye richardson but very weak fragile. Good talent but yea just too fragile. 

 

Stekette but he is 29 and has a poor record

There is wes agar. Ashton's brother. Big fellow. But again poor record. If he plays vs india, India would clobber him. India only has to watch out for Cummins in Australia. Cummins isn't good in India anyway ad we saw last time.

There are not many in BBL who they are seeing as test or 145+kmph bowler. Not sure of shield and Marsh cup.

Prasidh averages 17 in FCC and 25 in ODIs with 29 wickets from 17 ODIs.

That argument has no base to it.

 

Prasidh failed in Aus T20's, but even Arshdeep was struggling there and leaking runs. It's not that he picked 5fers everywhere.

 

SA conditions, Prasidh played A game and picked up a fifer, Arshdeep also utilized the conditions and picked up a 5fer.

 

Anyone who has seen those bowlers can easily tell that Prasidh isn't a T20 bowler, he never performed in IPL. All his success is courtesy of FC & List A where he has done well for India as well. Contrary to that Arshdeep is known for his T20 exploits and not regarded as a long format bowler.

How does Nandre Burger who is medium-fast get selected over Beyers Swanepoel who is fast?

 

Burger FC 40 matches 122 wickets at 27.xx

Swanepoel  29 matches 118 wickets at 18.xx 

 

Answer lies in that Swanepoel last played T20 in 2022 and has played only 11 matches with 50.xx per wicket. So they ignore this chap despite being genuinely fast like Coetzee. 

 

Swanepoel can bat well too - prolly as good as Jansen. 

 

Still raw but we will see him sometime.... Here is a 10fer in the recent match. Got Dean Elgar both innings.

Only reason is cause he is a little short. Sa hate short bowlers. They need bowlers to be 6 foot plus

 

Rare exceptions excluded ofcourse like steyn Philander.

they only show teeth when they bowl first in helpful conditions..in normal conditions you need better bowlers to extract some life out of pitch..

He took a fifer in last game so can be excused, but he is not an ODI bowler unless conditions heavily favour him.

 

T20's is his best format and he should focus for that specifically, good to see that he has bit of batting potential as well.
