This TM expects Bradmanesque traits from newcomers very early on their careers ,this is a neutral perspective

But at worse the seniors in the team who are actually part of the dreaded nexus can't stand newcomers,someway what a strategy not to let any youngster prosper

Past 2-3years not a single young cricketer has grown under this regime, someone should intervene and arrest the slide
