hhunaeh Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Drinking milk in the night before bed(rather than in the morning) suits better for people with lactose intolerance. Hot milk before bed is good for sound sleep as well.... I am lactose intolerant to some extent myself. Drink a cup of hot milk in the night. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try this and see how it goes.
randomGuy Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try this and see how it goes. :two_thumbs_up: this practice of drinking milk before bed seems to have reversed some of the lactose intolerance for me over time. Now I can drink milk on most mornings too without needing to go toilet afterwards....:cantstop:
hhunaeh Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Try cooking pasta. It's very easy and i think it is healthier than eating maggi.
PBN Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Go ahead and posit it....some other icfr might use it :dontknow: Anyways currently trying pbns magi noodle recipe :--D :two_thumbs_up: it's the same basic steps for pasta (just boil the pasta for longer and adding pasta sauce) or even macaroni with a few tweaks. I find that maggi sticks and becomes soggy so I prefer local noodles brand i.e mr noodles. personal preference though
cowboysfan Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 kXD1sW2pOME one of my favorites and really easily.you need to buy a really good cured spanish chorizo for this though.i would use 2 tins of whole tomatoes.
JourneyMan Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 I know a good spicy beef fry recipe. Show some respect.
SLICKR392 Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Show some respect. What? I'm serious. Can even post a pic the next time on the food thread.
Mariyam Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try this and see how it goes. Try it with a pinch of saffron or turmeric.
Kalia_Test Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 I have one great suggestion maniac mama...it definitely works...whatever you prepare, put it in a white ceramic bowl and eat...not in steel...things look better in white ceramic bowls and there is a connection between sight and taste.... Else you can always do this :- ZjUqhy51-2M
