I don't know why the emotions are really high for me this time. We've won a number of matches since then, but maybe it's the Lord's thing, or the constant "we suck" chants that gave this one an extra edge!!

Makes it more important because conditions were also against us. It was a green top, a bit like the Durban test in 2010. England won the toss and had the best conditions to bowl. On second day, they batted and had better conditions to bat. Yet India kept fighting. They are the deserved winners.

Yes.If english do prepare sporting wickets i see us winning the series .Their top order is so weak compared ot ours and kohli,pujara have not started and hopefully your favourite rohit comes in for binny.:winky:

Green mamba, cloudy overcast on day 3 and day 4. Poor umpiring which could have cost india the match. Ali was out 3-4 times on day 4 and jadeja got plunkett shortly before the final run out. Young team that so deserved the win. Dhoni tactics and poor bowling cost in SA and NZ but all came together and we won. Ishant owned england. 7 wickets!
