ThePhenomenal1 Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 great chance to bring aaron in and blast england. flat pitch or pacy, aaron can be a handful as 4th seamer. dont worry about batting, we have a great top 5-6 with jadeja and bhuvi following. aaron is no mug either. binny did nothing and i dont fancy playing 2 spinners in england when rose bowl has been described as a pacer's wicket early on. When pitch suits spinners more, a guy like aaron can get wickets still!

Aaron moves it away from the right handers.That's his stock ball.Not a big swinger of the ball,hits the seam & moves a bit.With his express pace around 145-150 kph he can be handy anywhere but lacks experience.I'd rather pick Pankaj.But if we go with 4 seamers then I'd go with Ishant,BK,Pankaj & Aaron. Shami misses out due to lack of form.Not gonna happen,Ashwin will replace Bunny. Rest of the team will be unchanged.

I think Ali has done as well as you can expect any spinner to do against India in English conditions
