had we been trailing 2-1 against a good english side like the one having kp,swann, trott etc i would not have been too disappointed but this england side is nothing special, its that we are making them look like a great side and that too by gifting wkts to moen bhai of all people!! absolutely unacceptable.the guys who are happy with this result should ponder whether we go to win or draw series away or should we be content by losing 2-1

For England to win 2-1 they would have to do something they haven't done in the last 10 matches which is win 2 out of 3. Our front line bowlers are in form, our batsmen have answered most of challenges on a green pitch and we've done it effectively with 10 men most of the time without some of our most attacking batsmen in Kohli/Dhawan yet to score big. Whereas they have major questions marks in their batting, none of their top 6 has shown any ability to counter attack like KP or Ian Bell in his prime while they're breaking in a new wicket keeper and have two underperforming fast bowlers. In the past when England lost they always bounced back because they had guys in form like Cook, Strauss, Trott, KP and Ian Bell with Anderson/Broad and Swann. Not happening this time. Really, unless we suffer multiple injuries I can't see England winning 2 out of the next 3.
yeah sure

This Indian side is the most inexperienced. None of the players other than Dhoni have played in England before. Rahane, Dhawan, B Kumar, Jadeja, Shami have played 10 tests or less. Varun, Pankaj are making their debut. Cook, Anderson, Bell, Broad have played close to a 100 tests each and they are playing at home. You think beating them would be a straight forward task ?

At current form yes, it would be easier than at any time But the point you are missing again and again and again is 1) Not that we have not been able to beat them, but that after being 1-0 up, instead of being aggressive we went defensive, picked 7 batsmen, showed England we are playing safe, and paid the price 2) That we laid down without a fight. Most of the wickets lost were to innocuous balls, We lost 19 wickets to Ali. This has nothing to do with experience. If we fight hard and lose, it's fine, we laid down to die

We played 5 batsmen and 5 bowlers in this match. What happened ? I personally think they were finished after 2nd test. From start of 3rd test, their body language was down and defensive. They could have saved the test in the final day but gave their wickets away to a part timer. Shows a lack of test match temperament largely because of inexperience.

If this England side is nothing special, then what about this Indian side? Complete zero! Perhaps, it's because of such idea and over-confidence that opponents are nothing special that we become complacent that even the likes of Ali is getting wickets against us.

So I assume u are happy with a 2-1 loss.we have lost 2 matches in the most horrendous way, these guys are much better than this.I am very very disappointed right now

England was going to bounce back at some stage and as the series went on, they were going to have the advantage as they are used to playing a longer series and Indian team is not used to it.
