Point is not about who should play. Don't care who plays. Shami sucked. Pankaj failed. That leaves us with Aaron and Ishwar. But it is so unfair to drop Pankaj after just one test when Ishant had so many horrible series yet kept getting picked. Also I don't think Ishwar is fully matured yet as a bowler.

Pandey is certainly better in terms of consistency. He does not have as much pace but then he knows his limitations and can work with his swing and seam. If you lack consistency of any kind, pace does not matter then.

What do you mean by bowler not in form? If you can't grab chances created by them, they will mostly look not in form... The plain and simple explanation is that MOFO Dhobi, went defensive the moment he won a test...in the process he's now about to get his **** kicked by a bunch of struggling players in the England team... Dhoni lacked the will to win, or even fight it out as a captain. He just went through the motions without any real attempt to hit back at the English. Strange field settings, defensive lines of attack .... it just goes on and on. While batting, he was taking wild swings 3 or 4 deliveries before close. He is not serious about test matches. It is painful for us fans to tolerate this. But, nothing will change as there is no accountability at all. :((:((

Where everyone is contributing and bowling to take wickets. BK, Shami with Ishant doing well could have been a good attack, but Shami found wanting in this crucial series. Just cannot expect BK to take 5-fers every game. Ishant who no one had any expectations still did better. Jaddu is another weak link.

May be they would have complemented each other better. Ashwin is going to sit out permanently for his Jo burg failure. This pitch has given some sharp turn. No one to exploit it though form our side
