mancalledsting Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 Good ball- but nothing special that it deserved its own thread
Ram Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 ^ sriram wants Unadkat' date=' A.Mithun and Jogi Sharma!? LOL![/quote'] Nobody wants 75 mph bowlers who cant bowl. However, it is very amusing to see people go head over heels just at the sight of a bowler who can bowl 88-90 mph. No wonders then, that so many of us got sucked into the myth of that scam artist Atul Sharma, even though none of us had actually seen him bowl a single delivery.

It was obvious in the way international batsmen are handling a domestic legend like pankaj Singh and a guy with genuine pace like Aaron.
ThePhenomenal1 Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 Trundler fans have scampered off, thank goodness Should create a pool of guys. Add suyal and another left armer, bumrah, some raw pace talent in the odi/t20 level and groom them. The more pacers we have the better for guys who can up their pace but choose not to or cant, i.e. ishant. Competition better for all
Yoda-esque Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 You know you are on an Indian cricket forum when you see a thread devoted to one ball played by an average batsman
vvvslaxman Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 You know you are on an Indian cricket forum when you see a thread devoted to one ball played by an average batsman Sadly true lol. There was no such thread for Bhuvan though who dismissed Robson by setting him up.
FischerTal Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 Sadly true lol. There was no such thread for Bhuvan though who dismissed Robson by setting him up. aaron set ali up too. bouncer followed up by an in swinger
vvvslaxman Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 aaron set ali up too. bouncer followed up by an in swinger So what is the difference? lol
FischerTal Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 So what is the difference? lol well many people on this forum expected aaron to fail or just be a spray gun without picking up any wickets even before he bowled. i think this thread is basically rubbing it in the faces of those people lol
ZeroBlack Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 Wasn't the ball of the century or anything was just a good ball, but the set up is what people should be talking about. A fast bouncer, pushes him back and then the good ball to bowl him as he was waiting on the back foot, good cricket from Aaron.
Old guy Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 So what is the difference? lol what is the problem ? you appreciated bhuvi's ball please create thread for it ..i do remember various videos of bhuvi after first t20 he played and destroyed padosis :P
BlueBee Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 Awesome delivery that was, also the bouncer worked to keep Moeen on back foot and the following fuller delivery nipped back to him and got him.
TheWall Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 Unless we produce 20 such balls in a match.... no use in going ga ga over one ball...
Marco Polo Posted August 9, 2014 Author Posted August 9, 2014 You know you are on an Indian cricket forum when you see a thread devoted to one ball played by an average batsman that ball swung one feet at least at high speed. When was the last time when we saw a right arm fast bowler doing it around the wicket to a left handed batsman?

Only in India do we think we are so smart and want only 78 mph bowlers and dislike fast ones. Only in India I tell you. No offence ram but how tall are you and how much do you weigh?:giggle:
King Tendulkar Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 Why are we denied UY + VA in same 11? Its mind boggling If them 2 played we would have as fast an attack as any in the world, in fact if they shared the new ball we would have fastes opening bowling attack in the world and fastest in our history No more would oppo fans and coms laugh at our pop gun attack. But alas captain dhoni has other agendas

DHoni Bowling biggest :WTF: moment for me ever, but people still defended it. Basics like having an express pacer and playing anyone who can bowl at a certain speed,Having a spinner who can actually can spin a ball,Having an allrounder who is good enough to make it on any one skill alone is being lost on fans......Nothing much we can do :((

King Tendulkar Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 We are miserable away from home, embarrassing. Instead of coming out with our indian theories on how to win abroad. Why FFS don't we look at the teams we are playing who do so well in their own conditions and copy them, as clearly they know better as they keep raping us They all play fast bowlers and do all they can to have a battery of pace men. Meanhwile in india....
