Are the younger Indian cricketers disinterested about test cricket ?

The younger cricketers don't seem interested in even staying on the field. Getting out 19 times to Moeen Ali in England. Many run outs in tests. Catches being dropped consistently. Captain saying result does not matter, it is about the process. Also, one of the pluses from the last test is 2 extra days of rest. None of the batsmen seem to have any interest in staying on the pitch and fighting it out. They surely have the ability but lack the will. To me, it all looks like lack of interest. Especially when we see the same bunch fiercely competing in even league matches in IPL. Playing out of their skin. What are your views on this ?

I see no point in playing tests if we are not interested in grinding it out. This current bunch has no interest in playing tests. They are holidaying in England.
