King Tendulkar Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Lol someone who considers south india = tamil is calling me a paki. Typical ignorance of westerners. WTF:hysterical:
velu Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 But dhoni is also hopeless against pacers it think you need to check ur mind :((
BlueBee Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 no way' date=' he started when india had less than 30 balls, there was time before that when dhoni could have gone for it but he has lost ability and sense. gurney bowled good but he wasn't perfect. Fact is, we couldnt win from a great winning position because of msd.[/quote'] Finn bowled well too. Gurney and Finn didn't go for much runs in the last overs.
ThePhenomenal1 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Finn bowled well too. Gurney and Finn didn't go for much runs in the last overs. yh they bowled well to an extent but we have better batsmen that dhoni and jadeja to close that phase out. happened in wt20, dhoni sent yuvraj and himself over raina who was in form. Dhoni and yuvraj can only hit length these days. Someone like samson might have sorted finn and gurney out. A shame we will never know.
sticky wicket Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 Rayudu is a decent bat BUT absolutely horrible against pace and if this guy is going to be in starting XI in Aus 2015 WC then expect a disaster like ala Yuvi 2014 Wt20 final. He can't slog or has no 'go to' shots against the quicks, if 10 overs are remaining Rayudu shouldn't be coming in! :wall:
sticky wicket Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 Ashwin, Jadeja ( or Axar), Bhuvi all provide decent capable batting at f@g end especially if things go tit up. So India would be better off continue experimenting someone more capable of playing vs pace
FreakazoiD Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 His main issue is lack of timing. Just doesn't seem to time any ball, even when he middles it. Only scoring shot is that nudge to the off-side or leg-side. Very much like Robin Singh, except Robin had that slog sweep over mid-wicket when he needed to accelerate. Rayudu's career S/R of 70 speaks volumes.
rahulrulezz Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 This guy is gonna cost us the world cup.. Aside from his 121* on a flat flat pitch, time and again he has played pathetic innings where he broke our momentum... His typical innings that I took from Cricinfo are... 23 of 53 8 of 19 35 of 46 13 of 21 32 of 54 1 of 6 1 of 7 20 of 40 37 of 58 33 of 54 5 of 25 THIS GUY IS A RECIPE OF DISASTER!!!!

Shivaji bhonsle Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 He won't get a game once Rohit comes back. Don't worry, folks.
G_B_ Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 the indian team is packed with people who are crap v pace. From what i saw only Rahane appeared to have some technique v pace and he threw is away. The rest just plain sucked.
