Nothing wrong with kulkarni playing, had he produced 2 wickets he might have been in icf's world cup squad! Just needs some fine tuning.

I believe v r v singh was a genuine talent though He could not suceed at international level. Idea is selectors need to be ultra careful before giving the india cap. Yes Dodd a ganesh was a joke of pace bowling. Similarly Joginder was 105 k as fast as k umble. .I wonder how these guys got india cap.

I guess salil was ahead of srinath on talent so sail got india cap Rightly like k ambling but failed to manage himself..may be he had a leg injury or so...but he had talent.

Ajit was a thin frame guy but really talented.. Dhwal is not as good as agar kar at his best so he is not good enuf to represent india. Agar kar was good enuf Srinath was great Venky also deserved to play Possibly raju kulkarni was not handled well else he wud have done better.

I dont think he deserves to be in this list. Guy was pretty quick and always found him better than others seamers in the team. Injury and not bowling let him down.

Salil Ankola in early 90s was pretty quick...I once saw his spell in Challenger trophy (or whatever it was called that time). He had Sachin in back foot and even bowled him comprehensively (except it was marginal no ball). Much better than crap we r producing today. The problem in early 90s was Azhar played one pace bowler with Kapil as default or Prabhakar as he would open in batting. This killed bowlers like Ankola who only got chance if India toured overseas.
