That way Saha would be playing ahead of Dhoni in all formats.... In ODIs particularly, an average keeper + excellent batsman > excellent keeper + average batsman... I would expect the keeper to be good enough to take catches, stumpings that come his way... An excellent diving catch or quick stumping would be a bonus, but not a necessity.

I think both him and Kuldeep were selected just to let them have dressing room experience.Read it somewhere,they both are not in immediate plans for WC but are being groomed for later

Saga ahead of Samson fair choice IMO. Saga deserves a decent run in ODI set up after the good IPL he had . Just hope Aaron plays ahead of Ishant .
